JOIN RJ DURHAM

RESTORATIVE JUSTICE MEANS
RESTORATIVE COMMUNITIES
We desire to see Durham become a restorative city, a community where we own and address the reality of harm within our schools, neighborhoods, organizations, and everyday relationships. Restorative-justice processes point us toward more human and holistic ways of relating to one another, and ultimately, toward transformative communities that embrace their responsibility for the prevention, repair, and healing of harm. Join us in community healing

Join us for our Monthly Community Circles

At each Community Circle we are reminded of the Circle Guidelines and we always begin by setting our values. These Monthly Community Circles are the best way to get to know the RJ Durham community, to experience the Circle process and to think deeply about the values that guide us, both through reflection and through listening to other Circle members.

Become an RJ Facilitator

RJ Durham Circle participants also have the opportunity to become RJ Facilitators who put restorative justice into practice through facilitating the process with our Durham neighbors.
